Many technical questions can be resolved quickly using our FAQ pages and the software Help system before contacting us. Should you not be able to resolve your particular problem please contact our support team using our contact us form. We will respond to your questions as soon as possible, and usually within 24 hours.training-blocks

Please Note: When contacting our support team please make sure you have the following information available: Operating System, Product Edition and Release Version, Product License Key, Nature of Problem (Please have as much information as possible), your telephone contact numbers and an e-mail address.

 It also helps if you can provide screenshots of any errors you are getting and email them through to us.
