Project planning synchronising with MindManager
More InfoOPTi-P2™ contains several features to help you see valuable project information and guidance quickly. It makes project information and documentation available with 2-3 clicks of your mouse saving you time and increasing your efficiency and productivity.
The OPTi-P2 menu command layout is clean and simple to provide clear access to the main commands and is broken down into four key areas.


Control: Lets you create new projects and access the “My Projects” dialogue where you can open, import, delete and remove projects
Status: Provides access to the project Health Check where you can record project actions as you progress through your project. The Properties command allows you to see overview progress information on your project. The remaining items show you the project reference, project name and project status as set in the Project Properties Task Pane.
View/Edit: This allows you to access your project documents including those most frequently used such as registers and logs. The Document Map feature provides you with quick access to any project document.
Create: When adding new documents into the project this command allows you to use the templates provided with OPTi-P2™ or utilise templates of your own.
